Available shipping destinations, delivery methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Orders are prepared after payment and stock availability have been confirmed.
When tracking is available, the tracking details will be added to the order and made available to the customer. Please contact us as soon as possible if a delivery address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfilment.
Returns and refunds
Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or needs to be returned. Include the order number and relevant photographs so that the request can be reviewed.
Return eligibility, return instructions, and any applicable shipping costs depend on the item condition, the information shown on its product page, and applicable consumer law. Items should not be returned without receiving return instructions first.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing times after approval depend on the payment provider or bank.
Order cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted before fulfilment begins. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the applicable return process.
